Jacob & Caellin Douglas

Local Team Leaders, Sac State Staff

Jacob and Caellin began their ministry career in 2007 with Cru at Cal Poly SLO where they served for 3 years, learning the ropes of full time college ministry. In 2010, They moved to Sacramento to re-launch Cru at Sac State. After launching Cru at Sac State, they felt God's call to focus specifically on reaching student athletes. They worked as Associate Regional Directors for a year giving lift to student and volunteer led AIA movements before shifting their focus to the local level. They now serve as Local Team Leaders for AIA NorCal, with full time staff at UC Davis and Sacramento State.  They have been married for 13 years, are the parents of Keller, Gannon, Lannah, Madden and Merrill. Jacob and Caellin are UC Davis grads. 

Andrew & Rachel Ahr

Andrew and Rachel are both former UC Davis student-athletes, Andrew played Football and Rachel competed on the Women's Soccer team.  They met through the AIA movement and were both captivated by the vision to reach student athletes with the gospel of Christ.  After a year of teaching, Andrew interned with AIA NorCal in 2016-17.  After Rachel graduated, they both decided to join full-time staff during the summer of 2017.  God has led them to re-invest in the movement that was so influential in their own lives. They have been married since July 2016 and love living in their favorite city, Davis.
